Travis Layfield Lcpl US Marine Born : May 26th 1984  Santa Clara ,Ca.

Grew up in Fremont, Ca.
Graduated from Washington Hi School  in Fremont, June 13th, 2003' ,  10 days later, left for MCRD San Diego, Boot Camp Training. Feb. 16, 2003 Travis deployed to Kuit, then into Iraq.
2/12 yrs. after Travis' Death, we found out he has a Son. His name is Dylan Thomas ( which Travis always wanted to name a son of his )  We did DNA tests to make sure, and it was possitive. So Travis' Legacy truly does live on.
